The pinnacle of Wayuu culture, a Colombian traditional indigenous community, are the “mochilas”, hand woven bags with threads of the most varied and vibrant colors, which express the deep joy and connection to each other. In “Talataa”, which means happiness in the Wayuu native language, we pride ourselves in weaving long-term relationships between employers and the most qualified Latin American talent.
The highest goal for the Wayuu indigenous community is achieving spiritual and physical well-being, and to that end, we have built “Talataa” around the three core values of Wayuu culture:
